Meeting Checklist

1. Check the internet/Wi-Fi connection: Please confirm the condition if the Internet and Wi-Fi are smooth to run online programs.
2. Check the camera option: Interpretation service needs to be smooth during the online meeting, so prepare a video meeting.
Check if there is a camera on the laptop or PC and if it works properly.
3. Check the audio system(Speaker, Microphone, Headset ect): Prepare the meeting, make sure that the audio volume, laptop built-in microphone, and headset are functioning correctly.
4. Check the product(s) with the information of the presentation: Prepare the product information materials needed for the meeting and make sure for easy to display during the session.
