Article 3 (Effect and Change

1. “UIFA Expo website” means www.uifaexpo.com that managed by AUTOIN. It include in Korea, English and Mobile version.
2. “Exhibition” means UIFA Expo.
3. “Host” means ‘unknown’ who host the “exhibition”
4. “Organizer” means ‘AUTOIN’ who organizes the “exhibition”
5. “Member” means any person given a user ID.
Article 3 (Notification and Revision)
1. These terms and conditions become effective when the ‘Organizer' posts the contents
through the' UIFA Expo' website and the member agrees to it.
2. 'If necessary, the organizer may set and notify the matters to be applied for a specific service (hereinafter referred to as “individual terms”). If there are separate terms and conditions for specific services in relation to the use of these services, the effect of those terms and conditions will take precedence over these terms and conditions.
3. The ‘Organizer' may revise these Terms and Conditions within a reasonable range that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. And the revised contents will be announced on the initial page of the website from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. 6. Chapter 2 Service Agreement
Article 4 (Constitution of Service Agreement)
The service agreement(“Service Agreement”) shall be concluded who AUTOIN approves the user’s application for use, and the user agrees to the Terms.
Article 5 (Application for Use)
Users can fill out AUTOIN’s prescribed membership registration form online to apply for the use of the Service.
Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)
1. If a user makes an application by accurately entering the required information, AUTOIN will approve the application for use.
2. AUTOIN may not approve the application for use in any of the following cases :
- Entering false information for the application;
- Using someone else’s identity for the application’ or,
- If other application requirements are incomplete or inadequate.
Article 7 (Changes to Service Agreement)
If the registration information changes, members may request online for AUTOIN to edit their information.
Article 8 (Assignment and management of member ID)
1. In principle, members use one ID.
2. The member who owns the member ID is responsible for all management of the member ID and password. The 'Organizer' shall not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the leakage, transfer, rental, and other negligence of management of ID and password not caused by the ‘Organizer'.
3. For the safe management of member ID and password, members must take the following measures. All responsibility arising from neglect of these measures lies with the member himself.
- If a member recognizes that the member ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, he/she must immediately notify the ‘Organizer' and follow the instructions from the ‘Organizer'.
- Members must check the log out status after completing service use.
- Members shall not let others know or use their member ID and password without justifiable reason.
4. Exhibitor members must thoroughly manage their member ID to prevent leakage and change of important company information in advance. The 'Organizer' is not responsible for any damages to the company due to the negligence of the employee and member ID management of the exhibitor member.
5. Member ID cannot be shared or transferred. If a member shares or transfers a member ID without prior consultation with the ‘Organizer', the ‘Organizer' may stop the use of the member ID.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligation of AUTOIN)
AUTOIN strives to protect user’s personal information, including their registration information, as provided under the relevant statues. The user’s personal information is protected through AUTOIN’s compliance with the applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. However, AUTOIN may disclose personal information if there is an investigation request for offenses, a request made under a statutory procedure prescribed by related statures, or a request from a state agency under the related laws, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications.
Article 10 Obligations of Members
1. Members shall not commit any the following actions in using the Service :
- Using other member ID illegally ;
- Reproducing, publishing, or providing the information they obtained from the Service to a third party;
- Infringing rights of AUTOIN or third party, including copyrights;
- Distributing contents violating public order and good morals;
- Committing an act that is objectively judged to e associated with crime;
- Committing an act violating the applicable laws.
2. Members shall not make commercial sales using the Service, and AUTOIN shall not be accountable for the consequence of the members’ use of the Service for sales purposes.
3. Members shall not transfer or give their rights to use the Service or position to someone else, nor provide them as collateral.
Chapter 4 Use of Service
Article 11 (Managing and Deleting Member’s Post)
AUTOIN may limit the storage memory, message size, and storage period to operate the Service efficiently. AUTOIN may delete any content falling under any of the following subparagraphs without prior notice :
- Slandering or undermining the honor of other members or a third party;
- Disturbing society’s public order or fine custom;
- Contents that are judged to be associated with crime;
- Violating the copyright or other rights of AUTOIN or a third party;
- Posting obscene materials on their community or Bulletin Board, or sharing links to obscene sites;
- Committing an act violating the applicable laws.
Article 12 (Service Hours)
In principle, the Service is available 24/7 as long as there are no operational or technical difficulties. The Service, however, may be unavailable when there are periodical inspections or other issues.

4. The contents of the Service provided to the Members are determined and subject to change under AUTOIN’s policy.
Chapter 5 Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Use
Article 14 (Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Use)
1. If a Member wishes to terminate the Service Agreement, he/she must apply for the termination online, and AUTOIN must take appropriate measures after confirming the Member’s identity.
2. If a Member commits any of the following acts, AUTOIN reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
- Stealing other Service without prior notice;
- Intentionally interrupting the Service operation;
- Providing false information in the user membership application;
- Subscribing to the Service using two different IDs;
- Distributing contents that hinder society’s public order and fine custom;
- Libeling or committing acts detrimental to others;
- Transferring large amounts of information or advertising materials to disrupt the stable Service operation;
- Distributing a virus program that disrupts the IT facilities’ operation or destroys data;
- Infringing intellectual property rights of AUTOIN, other members, or a third party;
- Illegally using other’s personal information, user ID, and password.
- Posting obscene materials or sharing links to obscene sites on the Member’s own website or Bulletin Board;
- Any act violating the applicable laws.
Chapter 6 Disclaimer
Article 15 (Exemption)
1. 'Organizer' is not responsible for the information and data obtained by the member using the service.
2. 'Organizer' is not responsible for any other contents such as the reliability and accuracy of the information, data, facts, etc. posted by the member on the service.
3. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the member's failure to obtain the expected profits from the ‘Organizer' website or the selection or use of service materials.
4. 'Organizer' is not responsible for any mental or financial damage caused by other members while using the ‘Organizer' website.
5. The personal information included in the contents voluntarily and publicly posted by the member may be collected and used by others, and the ‘host' does not take any responsibility for this risk.
6. 'Organizer' has no representation and control authority over other sites that members visit through this site.
7. 'Organizer' shall not be held liable for any damages incurred to the member without the intention or gross negligence of the ‘host' in relation to the use of the services provided by the ‘host'.
